Dr. Zarate has extensive experience in issues related to renewable energy, STEM, working with the government, and managing a company as a Latina woman. She is available as a speaker on panels, one on one interviews, or as a featured speaker. Dr. Zarate specializes in the formulation and definition of system's scope and objectives based on client needs as well as business systems and industry requirements.
Dr. Zarate is the CEO and Program Manager at Continuous Solutions labs, she has over a decade of leadership experience in R&D and engineering. She was a senior R&D engineer at Intel, Abbott and Purdue University where she led a group of researchers in project development, lab organization, equipment allocation and funding.
